Residential Technician

Northwest Exterminating, an Anticimex company, is seeking a Pest Control Technician to serve a diverse customer base.

• Assist customers with their pest control related concerns.
• Complete general pest inspections.
• Meet and complete all Platform regulatory safety requirements.
• Attend product training sessions and meetings.
• Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to grow and build relationships with team members and customers.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Comfort with learning and using new technology & software/apps (Pest Pac experience preferred).
• A self‑motivated and competitive mindset with a desire to win.
• Experience with and examples of problem‑solving in a work environment.
• The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritizing multiple tasks, maximizing performance while remaining customer‑focused.
• A high school diploma (Associate or higher preferred).
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Have a valid driver’s license and 3 years of driving experience.
