Driver Helper Day Shift

Job Overview

Full‑time position (30+ hours per week).

Base Pay Range
: $ per hour.

Shift
: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday‑Thursday.

Location
: 2225 S 75th Ave Suite 140, Phoenix, AZ 85043.

• Assist driver in delivering or unloading windows and patio door products to customers, dealers, distribution centers, and construction job sites using a box truck.
• Safely and efficiently unload windows and doors.
• Ensure correct product delivery and complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Comply with company rules and procedures while performing job duties.
• Tailgate finished goods manufactured by Cascade Windows, ensuring accurate product count, unloading/loading, and securing return merchandise when authorized.
• Interact courteously and professionally with dispatcher, shipping, customer service, transportation staff, and customers.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Shipping Manager.

• 1‑2 years of experience in loading, especially in a window manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge or experience handling glass.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
