Start your career with a trusted name in commercial cleaning! Service Master is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Cleaners. We’ll provide all necessary training, cleaning supplies, and equipment – you bring a strong work ethic and reliability.

• Lead a crew of 5–10 people
• Perform general cleaning and debris removal
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Wash walls, windows, and ceilings
• Dust furniture and wipe surfaces
• Operate cleaning machines (training provided)

• Starting at $19–$20 per hour

• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Must have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 Certification (Service Master will cover the cost if needed)
• Comfortable working in a variety of environments (cold, warm, noisy)
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Must wear Service Master‑provided uniform
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs

• Floor & carpet care experience (not required – we train the right candidates)
• Reliable transportation
