Warehouse Lead/Logistics Coordinator --$21+

As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will be working at Harder’s warehouse facility in Southwest Phoenix, AZ. This facility supports our projects throughout the Arizona valley with materials, fabrication, equipment shipping, and receiving for installation projects, supporting all of Harder’s plumbing and process piping services. The hours are 5:30 am – 2:00 pm Monday‑Friday.

315 S 57th Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85043.
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including training and supporting the warehouse team.
- Organize warehouse operation systems and manage equipment inventory.
- Schedule material deliveries and work with drivers to ensure the correct truck or trailer is dispatched.
- Manage document controls, including scanning and filing BOLs, driver PODs, and inspection logs.
- Update warehouse inventory.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance.
- Minimize overtime and maximize efficiency through lean organization.
- Operate forklifts to assist drivers and receive incoming orders.
- Help keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Stage product and materials as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Able to take direction with little oversight.
- Organized and productive.
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Follow OSHA safety regulations.
- Learn and implement Lean Principles.
- Strong math skills are helpful.
- Experience driving forklifts for loading and unloading trucks.
- Must be 21 +.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse role managing a team.
Must be able to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, crouch, kneel, and lift.
