Job Details
Maintenance Technician based in Phoenix, AZ
. This position will provide general maintenance labor for the repair and upkeep of our two facilities in the West Valley and coordinate the work of relevant vendors.
- Maintain building and grounds, keeping them clean.
- Perform minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
- Set up and repair equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance.
- Move furniture and receive deliveries.
- Coordinate permits, inspections, fire drills, and oversee third‑party vendors.
- Manage scrap recycling, hazardous waste, and maintain equipment manuals.
- Lead safety inspections.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in general maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license.
