Digital Maintenance Technician – Join Clear Channel Outdoor in Phoenix, AZ.

Location

Phoenix, AZ: 3119 W. Clarendon Ave, 85017. Regular position type.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair digital display products, systems, and processes in a timely, quality-conscious manner.
  • Climb billboard structures to heights of up to 200 feet for extended periods.
  • Utilize mobile applications and systems to open, close tickets and track work.
  • Work with low‑voltage power distribution, data communication, and networking.
  • Analyze problems and communicate with management and the network operations center.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Operate aerial lift equipment.
  • Ship and receive tools and parts associated with LED billboards.
  • Install out‑of‑home advertising copy on an auxiliary basis to assist the Static Install Crew.
  • Maintain and track warehouse inventory.
  • Log and dispose of advertisement materials properly.
  • Fabricate advertisement embellishments – copy extensions, LED lighting.
  • Maintain off‑site owned properties and structures, including vegetation and pest control.
  • Maintain vehicles, construction tools, equipment, and machinery.
  • Perform billboard maintenance – painting steel structures and minor structure repairs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • One (1) year of experience in a similar role; experience with minor electrical, plumbing, and building repair is a plus.
  • Proficient in listening and oral communication, can read and speak English.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Highly disciplined and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong work standards and attention to detail.
  • Competent in completing documentation and reports.
  • Skilled in operating hand and minor electrical tools safely.
  • Able to perform required math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
  • Proficient with mobile and desktop platforms for task tracking, issue reporting, photo capture, form completion, and hour logging.
  • Competencies:

    Achievement orientation, adaptability, concern for safety, fostering communication, planning and organizing, strategic thinking.
  • Valid driver’s license; CDL Class preferred.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
Physical Demands
  • Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Climb structures up to 100–200 feet or higher.
  • Perform strenuous physical labor, sometimes under adverse conditions.
  • Ability to see written documents and computer screens and adjust focus.

  • Valid driver’s license; CDL Class preferred.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
