Job Title: Experienced Professional Cleaner for Commercial Properties

Locations: West Valley, Central PHX, East Valley, AZ

Job Types: Full-time / Part-time / Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour (Competitive, based on experience)

Schedule: Varies (4, 6, or 7 days a week). Options include 4‑hour, 8‑hour, day, evening, night, weekdays, weekends, on‑call as needed.

KA Cleaning Solutions is seeking dedicated and experienced professional cleaners to join our team. We specialize in providing top‑tier cleaning services for commercial properties, including medical offices and various other office environments. Our ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms and other common areas.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, especially in medical office settings.
• Restock supplies such as paper products and soap in restrooms and other areas.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Work independently or as part of a team to ensure thorough cleaning of assigned areas.
• Complete tasks according to client’s specific requirements and schedules.

• Proven experience as a cleaner in commercial settings, particularly medical offices.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

• Experience in medical office cleaning.
• Bilingual skills.
