Requirements:

The Company Wide Maintenance Person's responsibilities are inclusive of the upkeep of all 16 restaurants equipment, interior and exterior appearance, and any functions of the company that require maintenance such as company training facilities and office spaces.

Equipment Knowledge:

• Garland and Taylor grills
• Deep fryers, toasters, coffee machines, ice cream machines
• Multiplex, compressors, ABS drink stations
• CO2 set up
• AC units, walk-in fridge and freezers

Preferred but not required:

• HVAC Certified
• Garland Certified
• Taylor Certified
• Ice cream machine experience
• Pepsi or Coca-Cola past maintenance experience
