Now hiring for Full-Time Housekeepers at Beatitudes Campus Senior Living Community —

Shifts:

7am to 3:30pm. Join the dedicated team at Beatitudes Campus, a welcoming senior living community in Phoenix, Arizona, committed to providing a comfortable and clean environment for our residents. We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Housekeepers to help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that our residents deserve. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a caring community that values teamwork, respect, and excellence.

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety and health standards
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Respond promptly to special cleaning requests from residents or staff
• Follow established procedures for waste disposal and infection control
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning services preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform essential job functions, including emergency response, documentation, and communication with residents, families, and staff
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a friendly, respectful attitude
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
