Job Description
Diamond Shores Property Services is seeking a dedicated Cleaner/Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and orderly condition of office buildings and other commercial or institutional facilities. The role involves routine and specialized cleaning tasks, with a focus on evening shifts and part‑time, seasonal, or temporary assignments.
Responsibilities- Clean and vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies, and other surfaces.
- Dust furniture, lights, equipment, and other fixture surfaces.
- Wash windows, door panels, sills, and other glass surfaces.
- Empty wastebaskets, ashtrays, and dispose of trash and waste in designated areas.
- Transport trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Replenish bathroom and restroom supplies as needed.
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas as assigned.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Days and schedule varies:
Mostly evenings.
Salary: $16.00 per hour.
