- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid state‑issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Effective communication in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- At least 2 years of experience supervising teams in an operational or maintenance environment, preferably in aviation
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, Computers, Mobile Devices)
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in person and electronically
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, U.S. Postal – as applicable)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, as airports are 24/7
- Lift up to 70 pounds
- Prolonged standing and walking in indoor/outdoor environment
- Reach with arms and grasp with hands
- Push, pull, crawl, crouch, bend, stretch, squat, kneel, climb and work at elevated heights
- Exposure to moderate or at times high noise levels; biohazards and/or chemicals; outdoor elements
- Must be able to hear and respond to spoken voice and audible alarms
- Tasks involve repetitive motions of arms, wrists, hands or fingers
- Specific vision abilities: close vision (20 inches or less); distance vision (20 feet or more); peripheral vision; depth perception; adjust focus
