• Operate and maintain floor care equipment, including floor scrubbers, polishers, and vacuum cleaners
• Ensure proper setup, calibration, and adjustment of machines for different floor surfaces
• Perform routine and specialized cleaning of floors using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
• Address stains, spills, and other floor‑related issues promptly and effectively
• Inspect finished floors to ensure cleanliness, shine, and adherence to quality standards
• Identify and rectify deficiencies in the cleaning process
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling cleaning agents
• Conduct regular safety checks on equipment and report any issues promptly
• Conduct routine maintenance on floor care equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Identify and report malfunctions or the need for repairs to the maintenance team
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment parts
• Place orders for supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, equipment maintenance, and incidents
• Provide reports on machine performance and cleaning outcomes as required

• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Proven experience as a Floor Care Machine Operator or similar role
• Familiarity with a variety of floor care equipment and their operation
• Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality results
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment
