Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor – Evening Shift - Phoenix, Arizona

Responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of commercial properties. A Supervisor must ensure they follow the company mission statement and values.

• Maintain a high standard of excellence
• Manage crew members
• Complete nightly check list
• Keep inventory of supplies and place orders at end of month
• Ensure timesheet is completed
• Empty trash receptacles
• Dust mop/sweep hard surface floors
• Wet mop hard surface floors
• Clean units including but not limited to restrooms, kitchens, lobbies
• Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors
• Dust horizontal surfaces when left cleared
• High dusting
• Dust windowsills and blinds
• Report unit maintenance issues per company procedure
• Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens
• Report inventory and supplies to Manager
• Report lost and found items to Manager
• Assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office
• Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively
• Utilize time wisely and efficiently

• Janitorial experience is a plus
• Ability to speak English and Spanish is a plus
• A passion for cleanliness
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to learn and change behavior
• Work irregular hours
• Travel – Rarely
• Work environment: odors or dust, cleaning chemicals

This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions. Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily.
