AM Lead Custodian Weekdays

Founded in 2019 and proudly minority-owned, Verde Clean delivers eco-friendly facility services with a strong focus on sustainability, safety, and social impact. From schools to offices, we help people across the U.S. live and work in healthier environments—and we give back through paid volunteer time and community engagement.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday; 6am - 2:30pm

PAY: 19.00

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, surfaces, restrooms, and more.
• Restock and refill restrooms and supply areas with paper goods, soap, and sanitizers.
• Identify and report hazards to ensure a secure environment.
• Assist coworkers and interact professionally with staff and visitors.

• Experience:
  
  1+ year in janitorial or custodial work preferred. Leadership experience a plus.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills:
  
  Know your way around cleaning tools and safety procedures. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
