Maintenance Supervisor

The location in Phoenix, Arizona, United States, is seeking talent to fill the position of Maintenance Supervisor. This job is full-time permanent. Oversees the maintenance team, ensuring facilities and equipment operate efficiently, safely, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and leading maintenance staff, including hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning tasks to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Planning and scheduling maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Inspecting facilities and equipment to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate repairs or upgrades.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes, maintaining a safe work environment for staff and occupants.
  • Managing budgets and resources, including ordering and tracking maintenance supplies, equipment, and contractor services.
  • Coordinating with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in areas such as plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Leadership and team management abilities to guide and motivate maintenance staff effectively.
