The Housekeeper ensures the general cleanliness of the New Freedom facility, conducting routine cleaning and sanitation of common areas, rooms, and facilities to maintain standards.

• Perform routine daily cleaning and sanitation of the Front Lobby.
• Keep all common areas clean and tidy (sitting areas, vending areas, hallways, etc.).
• Vacuum floors and hallways.
• Clean and disinfect elevators, common areas, rooms, bathrooms, and offices.
• Wash, dry, and fold all towels and linens.
• Fill and deliver bedding requests and linen exchange orders.
• Picks up, washes, dries, and delivers member’s personal laundry.
• Clean and prepare empty rooms for incoming members.
• Get beds ready with clean linens after discharges.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support our mission.

• High School diploma or equivalent in General Studies or related field.
• 1 year of facility housekeeping experience (preferred).
• CPR/FA Certification.
• Annual TB Clearance.
• Criminal Background Check and Drug & Alcohol Testing.
• MVR Clearance and Driver’s License (preferred).
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills with versatility and flexibility in changing priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Primarily on‑site at our facility.
• Use of standard office equipment and frequent face‑to‑face interaction.
• Some days may require long periods of sitting, standing, or walking.
