First Service Residential is seeking a Community Porter to perform custodial duties and maintain cleanliness of buildings, amenities, and surrounding grounds at our Phoenix properties. The role requires hands-on cleaning, minor maintenance, and setting up on-site events.
You will work full-time on a rotating schedule (approximately 32 hours/week) and earn $20 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid holidays, and PTO.
