Job Overview

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands‑on Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and coordinate day‑to‑day facility maintenance activities within a semiconductor and industrial project environment.

This position serves as a primary point of contact for maintenance needs involving MICU buildings, offices, trailers, storage areas, vehicles, tools, and related facility spaces. The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will assess maintenance requests, establish priorities, coordinate repairs and service providers, maintain records, track tools and supplies, and perform basic hands‑on maintenance when appropriate.

Although this position does not directly supervise employees, it carries significant responsibility for coordinating facility operations, managing maintenance priorities, communicating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on facility or building maintenance experience, strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, and working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, vehicle, and general facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities Facility Maintenance Coordination
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day maintenance needs for MICU buildings, offices, trailers, storage areas, vehicles, and related facility spaces.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal facility maintenance requests.
  • Review maintenance concerns, determine urgency, establish priorities, and coordinate appropriate corrective action.
  • Develop and maintain preventive‑maintenance schedules, inspection routines, and recurring service plans.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance services with internal teams, contractors, vendors, property representatives, and service providers.
  • Track open maintenance items and follow through until work is completed.
  • Communicate maintenance schedules, service interruptions, repair status, and facility updates to affected teams.
  • Support facility improvement projects, office or trailer setups, equipment relocations, and workplace changes.
  • Help ensure facilities remain safe, functional, organized, clean, and operationally ready.
Building, Trailer, and Equipment Maintenance
  • Perform routine facility inspections and identify maintenance needs, unsafe conditions, damage, leaks, or equipment concerns.
  • Complete minor repairs, adjustments, replacements, and corrective‑maintenance tasks within approved scope.
  • Support basic plumbing maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate and assist with HVAC inspections, air‑filter replacements, thermostat concerns, and routine system upkeep.
  • Perform basic electrical support tasks within approved safety requirements and elevate licensed electrical work when necessary.
  • Assist with basic mechanical maintenance involving facility‑related equipment and systems.
  • Support basic vehicle inspections, maintenance coordination, and upkeep.
  • Assist with general labor, material movement, equipment setup, and facility‑support assignments as needed.
  • Escalate complex repairs, safety concerns, system failures, or urgent maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor or service provider.
Vendor and Service Coordination
  • Contact vendors and service providers to obtain repair information, pricing, availability, and service timelines.
  • Coordinate vendor access, work schedules, site requirements, and completion of assigned services.
