Amazon is offering a Warehouse Automation Apprentice position at our Phoenix fulfillment center. This is a 12-month paid training program where you will learn conveyor maintenance, robotic systems, PLC basics, and preventive maintenance practices under the guidance of senior technicians. Graduates are placed in full-time maintenance technician roles.
Requirements- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong interest in learning mechanical and electrical maintenance skills
- Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools
- Reliable attendance for the full 12-month program
- No prior maintenance experience required; military veterans encouraged to apply
