Verde is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the Site Manager with hiring, scheduling, and training of custodial staff. You will supervise day shifts and ensure cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas in accordance with sanitation and OSHA regulations.
Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, supervising daily workflow, giving feedback, handling discipline, inspecting facilities and equipment, managing supplies, and ensuring contract standards are met.
