You’ll be on the move, driving from property to property, assessing conditions, deploying lockboxes, checking on vacancies, and rolling up your sleeves when something small needs to get done. We believe excellence lives in the details, and our Field Assessors keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll follow a clearly defined process every step of the way, documenting your work with accuracy and care.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform move in and move outs Place digital lock boxes on properties for marketing purposes
Perform occupancy checks
Collaborate with utility providers to fill out applications, submit deposits, and provide meter numbers
Perform rent ready evaluations to determine if repair items are needed prior to moving in Evaluate the quality of work performed by third party contractors
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
High School Diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in Property Management, Field Operations, or Residential Maintenance
Working knowledge of residential systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks, including rekeys and lock changes
Experience interacting with municipalities, housing authorities, or court systems preferred
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
