• Floor Cleaning and Maintenance:
  Perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and restoration tasks on different types of floors, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, polishing, and waxing.
• Knowledge of Products and Equipment:
  Have in-depth knowledge of various eco-friendly cleaning products, equipment, and techniques used for different flooring materials.
• To follow and collaborate on floor cleaning procedures. Follow steps on how to clean, strip and maintain floors.
• Surface Preparation:
  Prepare floor surfaces before cleaning by removing obstacles, moving furniture when necessary, and protecting surrounding areas from cleaning agents.
• Stain and Debris Removal:
  Identify and effectively treat stains and debris on carpets and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot floor cleaning equipment, such as carpet cleaners, floor polishers, and steam cleaners.
• Eco-Friendly Practices:
  Adhere to Verde Clean' commitment to eco-friendly cleaning practices by using approved eco-friendly cleaning products and minimizing waste generation.
• Documentation:
  Keep detailed records of tasks performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during the cleaning process.
• Client Communication:
  Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and providing information about the cleaning process, timelines, and expected results.
• Safety Measures:
  Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and clients, including proper handling and storage of cleaning agents.
• Quality Control:
  Perform inspections after completing cleaning tasks to ensure the quality of work meets Verde Clean' standards.
