Kore Recruiters has been retained to conduct a confidential search for an accomplished Facilities Manager on behalf of a nationally recognized manufacturing organization with operations across the United States.
This is a unique opportunity for a forward-thinking facilities leader to oversee the infrastructure, reliability, and long-term performance of a large-scale manufacturing operation. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will serve as a key member of the plant leadership team, helping shape the future of facility operations while driving safety, sustainability, equipment reliability, and capital improvements.

What You'll LeadAs Facilities Manager, you will have responsibility for the overall performance and reliability of the facility and its supporting infrastructure.
Key areas of leadership include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive facility maintenance strategies that maximize equipment reliability and operational uptime.
- Leading preventative, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs across manufacturing operations.
- Managing facility infrastructure, utilities, building systems, and plant support services to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Leading capital improvement projects from planning through execution while maintaining budgets and project timelines.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives that increase equipment performance, reduce downtime, and improve operational efficiency.
- Building, coaching, and developing a high-performing maintenance and facilities team focused on accountability, collaboration, and execution.
- Partnering with Operations, Engineering, Safety, and Supply Chain leadership to support production objectives and long-term business initiatives.
- Utilizing KPIs, asset performance metrics, and maintenance analytics to drive data-informed decision making.
- Championing workplace safety while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory, environmental, and facility standards.
- Evaluating emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and facility improvements that position the operation for future growth.

Successful candidates will typically possess:
- Progressive leadership experience managing facilities or maintenance operations within a complex manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting high-volume production operations with responsibility for facility infrastructure, utilities, equipment reliability, and capital improvements.
- Strong understanding of preventative, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
- Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, TPM, CMMS, or other operational excellence initiatives.
- Experience managing maintenance budgets, contractors, capital expenditures, and facility improvement projects.
