Phoenix Country Club, located in Phoenix, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Building Maintenance Technician! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

• Perform general repairs and maintenance throughout the operation, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, pool equipment, and basic structural repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior areas, including:
• Emptying trash receptacles and ashtrays
• Sweeping walkways and entry areas
• Picking up litter
• Arranging and maintaining outdoor furniture
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior common areas, including:
• Emptying trash receptacles and ashtrays
• Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and light cleaning
• Arranging furniture as needed
• Learn and support the operation of building systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance issues and report needed repairs or supplies to the supervisor.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Club operations.

• Associate's degree or a minimum of two (2) years of related building maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

• Full-Time position (40 hours per week)

Compensation: $23-$25/hour
