Clean property models, vacant units and common areas (e.g., pool area, gym, property office);
Dust, sweep, vacuum, wipe trim/molding, clean glass windows/doors;
Sweep exterior patios, collect and remove trash;
Clean and sanitize bathrooms;
Follow safety standards and use chemicals per manufacturer instructions; store equipment securely after shift;
Communicate opportunities for site improvements and/or repairs to property manager;
Perform infection control and universal precautions;
Additional duties as directed by property manager
