We're Looking for a Top-Tier Maintenance Supervisor Ready to Lead from Day One!
Are you an experienced apartment Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, leading high-performing teams, and maintaining beautiful communities?
Vineyard Estates is seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who can step into the role, take ownership, and hit the ground running. This is a leadership position for someone who leads by example, holds themselves and their team accountable, and is committed to providing outstanding service to our residents.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a seasoned maintenance professional with strong leadership skills and extensive multifamily maintenance experience.
What You'll DoAs the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all maintenance operations for Vineyard Estates, including:
- Lead, coach, and supervise the maintenance team.
- Ensure apartment turns are completed on time and to company standards.
- Manage daily work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance issues.
- Coordinate vendors and monitor the quality of contracted work.
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and purchasing.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe, clean, and attractive community.
- Has 5+ years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience.
- Has at least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance experience.
- Is highly skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Has experience leading and developing maintenance teams.
- Is organized, dependable, self-motivated, and accountable.
- Can prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Holds a valid driver s license with reliable transportation.
- EPA Universal Certification is preferred.
