Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and making repairs per policies, safety standards, and code requirements;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and scheduling vendors as needed;
Access and obtain materials, supplies, and tools from the property maintenance department, track usage, and notify on re-ordering needs;
Complete documentation and paperwork to ensure service requests are documented and tracked;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed
