SR. Service Technician - Alta 99th

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs following safety standards and code requirements;
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing by performing pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing maintenance tasks, and inspecting work;
Manages materials and inventory by following procedures to access items, track usage, return unused items, and notify supervisors about re-ordering needs;
Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests in a timely and accurate manner;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, painting curbs and signage, and performing general cleaning
