Floor Technician – Full Time

Fixed Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
Requirement:
Prior floor care experience required

• Maintain knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and apply proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate and maintain various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Apply proper carpet and upholstery cleaning procedures, including shampooing, damp surface rinsing, extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Execute other duties assigned by the manager.

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Capable of frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
