Floor Tech

ABM, a leader in comprehensive facility solutions, is seeking a dedicated Floor Tech to join our dynamic Facilities & Maintenance team. This role is crucial in maintaining the aesthetic and functional integrity of floors across various client locations, including corporate offices, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions. Responsibilities

• Perform routine and comprehensive floor care including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing, and refinishing.
• Operate a variety of floor care equipment and tools including auto scrubbers, floor machines, wet and dry vacuums, and carpet extractors.
• Inspect floor conditions and determine appropriate techniques and products for maintenance.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures related to storage and use of chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain inventory supplies and submit orders for restocking as necessary.
• Record maintenance and repair activities for compliance and tracking purposes.
