Maintenance Technician II

As a Maintenance Technician II at Liv Ahwatukee, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional living experiences for our residents while helping maintain our beautiful communities. What you'll do:

• Complete service requests with urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Perform apartment turns and prepare homes for new residents.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, pool, and general maintenance projects.
• Inspect amenities, common areas, and community grounds to ensure exceptional curb appeal.
• Partner with vendors, contractors, and team members to complete projects effectively.
• Follow safety standards and contribute to a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building positive resident relationships.

What we're looking for:

• Previous apartment maintenance, facilities, construction, or related maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or building systems.
• Enjoy troubleshooting and finding solutions.
• Take pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Thrive in a team environment while also working independently.
• Understand that exceptional resident service is just as important as technical expertise.
• Are comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions when needed.
