Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer
MSI is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee equipment reliability and facility upkeep in our high-performance manufacturing environment. You will lead a small maintenance team, plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines, testing rigs, and facility systems, and minimize downtime for gaming and workstation hardware manufacturing. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating vendors, managing spare parts, and documenting work in a CMMS.
You'll partner closely with production, engineering, and safety teams to improve equipment performance, support new line installations, and uphold MSI's standards of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and schedule daily maintenance activities for production and facility equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize production downtime
- Maintain and update maintenance records in CMMSManage spare parts inventory and coordinate outside vendors
- Support installation and commissioning of new production lines and equipment
- Collaborate with production and engineering to improve equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians on procedures and best practices
- Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
