UCP of Central Arizona is seeking a part-time facilities technician to perform routine building maintenance at the Laura Dozer Main Campus in Phoenix, AZ. The role includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, custodial tasks and landscape upkeep, with some travel as needed.
Under the Facilities Manager, you will handle preventive maintenance, respond to work requests via the facilities ticketing system, and assist with moves.
