CCS Facility Services - - Responsibilities:
Maintain common areas of office buildings, apartment houses, or other commercial or institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition;
Spot clean the lobby glass doors;
Polish chrome on lobby doors, vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day;
Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash and debris;
Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles and restrooms daily;
Polish elevator cab railings and doors and main lobby call buttons;
Assist building Engineer daily as needed
