** Position Profile*
* The Facility Support Technician provides light maintenance support, day porter services, and preventative maintenance functions and assists in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming physical environment.
** Responsibilities*
* + Provides quality facility maintenance support.
+ Maintains safe work environment.
+ Supports facility operation needs.
+ Maintains and enhances professional skills.
+ Adheres to high stands or personal and professional conduct.
** Minimum Qualifications*
* + Minimum one year of light maintenance, landscaping, and/or day porter experience.
+ Must have maintained a valid AZ driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile.
+ Demonstrates understanding of general facility maintenance work and safe use of hand and power tools.
+ Good communication and human relations skills; ability to meet people with ease and convey compassion and sensitivity. Delivers exceptional customer service.
+ Good problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to manage time well and perform assigned duties with attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through.
