Iron Mountain - 615 North 48th Street - Responsibilities:
First escalation point of contact for the Critical Facilities team and customers;
Provide administrative support for Ops management including staff scheduling, ticket queues, maintaining inventory;
Monitor critical power, cooling/environmental, security and support systems to meet uptime;
Perform maintenance tasks for data center heating and cooling systems;
Take daily operational readings and inspect equipment for safety and proper operation
