As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the day to day operations as it pertains to all general maintenance, basic plumbing and electric house calls.

You will have the opportunity to provide both preventative and corrective maintenance to the facility while working on a team with high focus in customer service and collaboration.

Sunday through Thursday working 11PM to 730AM at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. Enjoy an 18% night shift differential! This position is responsible for providing basic building maintenance preventative and corrective work to the facility. Building maintenance activities include but are not limited to general fire alarm systems, beds, TV’s, plumbing, medical gas outlets, nurse call, pneumatic tube system, elevators, furniture, fixtures and equipment. Works with and assists other trades in completing required tasks. Some locations may have responsibility for other duties which might include security, groundskeeping and snow removal.

• Maintains, repairs, and corrects all building components as assigned which may include but are not limited to general fire alarm systems, beds, TV’s, plumbing, medical gas outlets, nurse call pneumatic tube system, elevators, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
