Janitorial Services

Coreslab Structures (ARIZ) Inc., a leader in the precast/prestressed construction industry is seeking a Janitorial Services team member to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout our facility

The Janitorial Services employee is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout office areas, restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and designated facility spaces. This position plays an important role in supporting a safe, clean, and productive work environment for all employees and visitors.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, and fixtures.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors throughout assigned areas.
• Clean and maintain break rooms, kitchens, and employee common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Dust, wipe down, and sanitize tables, counters, doors, and other surfaces as assigned.
• Clean windows, glass, mirrors, and other surfaces as needed.
• Replenish restroom and janitorial supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, hallways, offices, and other designated areas.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, damaged equipment, or supply shortages to management.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals according to manufacturer instructions and company safety procedures.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain janitorial equipment and supplies in an orderly and secure manner.
• Perform additional cleaning and facility-related duties as assigned.

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive cleaning activities for extended periods.
• Ability to work safely in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Must be dependable, responsible, and safety-conscious.

This position may require working in both office and industrial areas. Employees may be exposed to dust, noise, cleaning chemicals, varying temperatures, and other conditions common to a manufacturing/construction facility. Appropriate PPE and safety procedures must be followed at all times.

Job Type: Full time

Hours: 3am to 11am
