Aramark is hiring a Maintenance Worker / Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility safe, functional, and ready for daily operations. In this hands‑on role, you will complete work orders, perform general building maintenance, and assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, furniture repairs, and other facility‑related tasks. You will also help with event setup and breakdown activities as needed. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
, with occasional flexibility required for special events, early mornings, or extended hours. This position is ideal for dependable, self‑motivated maintenance technicians, building maintenance workers, skilled trades professionals, or facility maintenance candidates who enjoy variety and take pride in keeping buildings operating efficiently.

• • Complete daily work orders and preventative maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
  • Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct basic plumbing repairs, including replacing fixtures and addressing minor leaks.
  • Perform basic electrical maintenance such as replacing light fixtures, bulbs, switches, and outlets.
  • Complete minor carpentry repairs and adjustments to doors, windows, furniture, and building fixtures.
  • Inspect facility areas and identify maintenance issues before they become larger problems.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture, tables, chairs, and equipment.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
  • Complete maintenance checklists and document completed work.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from building occupants and management.
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.
  • Follow all Aramark safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
  Work independently while providing professional customer service to clients, visitors, and coworkers.

Required

• Ability to perform physical job duties, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching throughout the workday.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance requests.
• Experience using basic hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace policies.
• Strong reliability, attendance, and communication skills.
• Availability to work primarily Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional schedule flexibility to support special events.

Preferred

• 1+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, property maintenance, skilled trades, or a related field.
• Experience with general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, or repairs.
• Experience responding to work orders in a commercial, educational, healthcare, industrial, or facilities environment.

OSHA, trade-related, or maintenance certifications.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
