  • Research parts, labor, and outside service requirements needed to complete repairs.
  • Coordinate with the Parts Department to verify pricing, availability, and lead times.
  • Partner with Service Managers and technicians to ensure estimates are complete, accurate, and technically sound.
  • Communicate repair recommendations and quotations to customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations to answer customer questions and secure repair approvals.
  • Coordinate approved repairs with the service team to ensure timely scheduling and completion.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of quotations, approvals, and customer communications.
  • Monitor open quotations and proactively follow up to improve quote conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quoting processes and increase operational efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

What Success Looks Like

  • Strong communication with customers and internal departments.
  • High quote approval and conversion rates.
  • Efficient coordination between technicians, parts, and service.
  • Excellent customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.
  • Well-organized documentation and follow-up on open estimates.

Qualifications

Required:

Preferred:
