Key Responsibilities
  • Produce all menu items efficiently and consistently according to company specifications
  • Lead shifts and support senior leadership team members
  • Contribute to positive team morale and support team members
  • Ensure the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while managing costs
Key Requirements
  • Prior culinary experience in a full-service restaurant with strong culinary production skills
  • Desire to develop and motivate team members
  • Committed to continuous improvement and inclusivity

  • Previous culinary leadership experience is a plus
