● Supervise and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
● Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards
● Train and mentor new team members
● Manage inventory, place orders, and monitor product quality

Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred* Strong communication and organization skills
