Key Responsibilities- Role modelling exceptional hospitality to guests and team members
- Implementing initiatives to drive sales and profit
- Assisting in hiring, onboarding, and training processes
- Developing Assistant Managers and Supervisors
- Overseeing front-of-house leader areas
- Handling GM duties in their absence
- 3+ years of Leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on motivating and developing teams
- Energetic, positive, and excellent communication skills
- Drive for continuous improvement and commitment to diversity
- Experience in leadership development is an asset
