Job - Seasonal Maintenance Worker (Two positions)

Seasonal maintenance worker supports Camp Rapid's operation readiness by performing general upkeep, groundskeeping, and minor repair tasks.
General RequirementsPerform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, brush removal as well as general facility upkeep. Including minor repairs, painting and general preventative maintenance on various building systems.
Knowledge- Safety regulations and basic hazardous material handling (e.g., fuel, paint, solvents).
- Basic understanding of groundskeeping, landscaping and general facility upkeep procedures.
- Proper use and maintenance or standard hand tools, power tools and light machinery.
- Safely operate ground maintenance equipment, including zero turn mowers, weed trimmers and utility vehicles (UTV).
- Perform manual labor.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
