Proactively maintain, install, and troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems;
Install/troubleshoot/maintain AC and DC drives/motors and troubleshoot PLC programs (modify/write PLC programs as required);
Perform Preventive / Predictive Maintenance tasks and help develop/optimize maintenance procedures;
Effectively document all maintenance activity in the CMMS to build asset history;
Drive proactive maintenance to eliminate unplanned failures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
