Suzano is seeking a hands-on Reliability & Maintenance Engineer for its Pine Bluff facility. You will lead structured maintenance programs, apply RCM and MFMEA, and drive data-driven improvements to asset reliability and uptime.
You’ll develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans, manage critical spare parts, and build dashboards to monitor MTBF/MTTR and equipment availability. Collaboration with field teams and adherence to safety and 5S practices are essential.
