Position Summary

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our facility. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our residents, visitors, and team members enjoy a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist with general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility

• Support painting, basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry projects

• Perform routine inspections of equipment, work areas, and building systems

• Assist with preventive maintenance programs

• Maintain facility grounds and outdoor areas

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment

• Work closely with department leaders to support operational needs

• Assist with survey readiness and regulatory compliance efforts

• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance experience preferred

• Experience in healthcare, long-term care, hospitality, or facility maintenance is a plus

• Basic knowledge of tools, repairs, and building systems

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
