Performs mechanical tasks and or projects including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines;
Oversee planned maintenance and emergency repairs of the restaurant decor, cooking equipment, refrigeration equipment, heating and air condition, lot & lobby, and overseeing overall store cleanliness and maintenance;
Executes daily work orders, including but not limited to preventative maintenance, installation of new equipment, and majority will be equipment repairs;
Calling equipment companies to provide technical support Identifying and communicating parts needed to repair tools and equipment;
Observing all safety rules and maintain a clean and orderly working area
