Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures;
Inspect, clean, and repair equipment, documenting wear and recommending repairs or replacements;
Conduct major and minor repairs across multiple crafts including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry;
Oversee junior associates and act as job foreman on assigned projects;
Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, parts inventory, and contractor compliance with quality and safety standards.
