DIS-TRAN Steel in Pineville, LA seeks a Maintenance and Reliability Manager to lead maintenance and reliability efforts for safe, efficient plant operations. You will manage maintenance personnel, drive preventive/predictive programs, and optimize CMMS/work order processes to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, procurement and stockroom teams; establish KPIs and lead root-cause analyses to improve reliability and control costs.
